Sue Peterson believes a community newspaper offers something unique to its readers.
“An interesting thing about community newspapers,” Peterson said in an interview, “is you can put a picture of a grandchild on Facebook, and that is cool, but when it is in the newspaper, and relatives come in and buy a stack of papers, then it is special.”
